At Cannon Electrical Services, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality electrical work and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy is as follows:

 

1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty

   • We provide a one-year warranty on all parts supplied and installed by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC from the date of installation.

   • This warranty covers defects in materials and the labor required to replace or repair the defective parts.

   • Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond this period, and we will assist customers in filing claims when applicable.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

   • We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If any issues arise due to improper installation or craftsmanship, we will correct them at no cost for the lifetime of the installation.

   • Warranty Void Conditions: This workmanship warranty is voided if any modifications, alterations, or repairs are performed by anyone other than Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.

Landscape Lighting Warranty

   • We offer a lifetime warranty on all landscape lighting products that we install.

   • Labor Warranty: Labor for landscape lighting installations is covered for one year from the installation date. After one year, labor charges will apply, and pricing for repairs will be provided after evaluating the situation.
 

• Warranty Exclusions:

   • Any alterations or modifications made by non-Cannon Electrical Services personnel will void the warranty.

   • Damage caused by other tradesmen is not covered.

   • Fixtures that are hit by vehicles or plow trucks are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

 

This warranty does not cover:

​

   • Parts, materials, or equipment not supplied by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.

   • Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors such as power surges, lightning, water, or fire.

   • Issues resulting from modifications, tampering, or repairs performed by non-Cannon Electrical Services personnel.

   • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Warranty Validity & Updates

   • This warranty is only valid while Cannon Electrical Services, LLC is in business. If the company ceases operations, all warranty coverage will end.

   • Cannon Electrical Services, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing and will apply to new projects from the effective date of the change.
